Ezekiel and Lexi LOVE playing in the hose on a hot day.

"I may not be a real lap dog, but I can still pretend by sitting in this chair," says Smokey.  "Oh, stop messing around and just pull harder," says Cere.

Bernie at rest with his rope.

"Deb - tell Smokey to play tug-a-war with me," pleads K.C.  Smokey responds, "Oh no - it's time to play with this ball!  Please tell K.C. to put that rope down!"

Mollie confides, "Can you believe that Lily just climbed up here with me?  She's awfully big."  Tilli replies, "Yeah ... I guess that means I can't get up there, huh?!"

Nothing better to do on a hot summer day than cooling off in the pool.  It's nice that all of our dogs don't have a problem "sharing" the space.

"Catch me if you can," teases Jenny.  "We're workin' on it." Cere & Bernie say together.

Looks like Macy's not moving fast enough for Tyson.  He simply decides to jump over her!

"Ahhhh, gosh I love this - this is WAY too fun!" cries Lucy.

"Hi.  I'm done sniffing butts ... now I'm going right for the face," says Magnum.  "That's fine - just try not to slobber too much - I'm not really into that!" replies Rubin.

"Okay, I'm ready to come over to that side now ... please!" says Rommel.

You can't deny that Cobi and Bernie are enjoying each other very much!

Don't ya think it's time to fix this cot?" Blu asks Deb.

"Oh, come on, K.C. - forget about that big ball and play with me," begs Zane.

"Uhhhh - I really hope you don't think you're gonna come up here, Higgins - it's kinda crowded," says Bernie.  K.C. dares to sneak up on the cot to say, "Well - it wouldn't be so crowded if you'd let me have one of the balls!"

"Okay - here's the deal.  You can play with the rope ... as long as you give it back after FIVE minutes," whispers Cooper.  Cody agrees, "Sounds good to me ... gee - it's nice lying down here next to you and just relaxing for a bit."

"Hey ... it's MY turn to play with the ball," demands Dakota of Cooper as he high-tails it out of there.

"What's goin' on over there?" wonders Pepper out loud.  "I don't know ... let's go check it out," says Tilli.  "Cool ... I'm right behind you," responds Pepper.

And no ... you're not seeing double!

"What do you mean, we can't go outside because we just got a bath?" asks Lily.  "Yeah - we promise we'll stay dry and clean even though it's raining (heh heh)," snickers Maisy.

"Uhhhhh, what's the deal with this?" asks Bernie.  "What's so hard to understand?  If you're not gonna move, I have to go UNDER you to get the ball!" explains Cere.

"Would you pleeeeez rub my tummy?  I'll do ANYTHING for you," pleads Cere.  "Pretty please with a doggie bone on top?"

"Hi, mom ... see how nicely I sit while I patiently wait for Deb to throw the ball?" asks Cobi proudly.

"You should know by now that I NEVER get tired of fetching tennis balls!" exclaims Frannie.  "Oh - forget about her ... I think I really like this medium-sized ball ... please kick that as far as you can," pleads Georgie Girl.

"Catch me if you can," cries K.C.  "We're right behind you ... Tilli - you go to her right and I'll go left.  We really need to get that rope!" exclaims Cere.  "No problem ... your wish is my command," responds Tilli.  "As it should be!" smirks Cere.

"I'm sorry, I can't hear you," says Rubin.  Lucy whispers again, "Don't take that rope!"

Best friends Cere & Smokey take balls out of each other's mouth all the time ... it's so cute!

"Play with me, play with me," pleads Cobi.  "Oh - don't worry ... I'll play with you a lot.  You seem to have as much energy as I have!" assures Bernie.

Tilli exclaims, "Wow, I can't believe how high you can jump, Cobi!"

"Ball?  I don't see any ball," Max says with mischief in his eyes.

"Give it to me," demands Cere.  "I don't think so - I'm afraid you're gonna have to work for it," says Grace.

"Hey - whatcha doin' over there?" asks Cere.  "I'll be over there in a minute - I just needed a little private time," answers Rommel.

"Well ... the pool is too full of dogs and I only have so much patience!" says Howie.

Ty - one of our regular day care dogs stops playing to pose for the camera!

"You can't be serious!  What do you mean I have to give the rope to Howard?" Rubin asks Deb (as a string from it hangs from his mouth)!

"Hmmm, big dogs sure are silly!" thinks Mollie.

"Okay ... okay ... I'm saying 'uncle' already!" laughs Bernie.  "Well, hang on ... I'm stuck in your collar.  Be still for a minute!" Cere responds - also cracking up!

Lucy and Mulligan getting to know each other!

"I don't understand how Jenny can get the ball before me every time!  It's sooooo frustrating." says Mattie.

"You really shouldn't be lying in our fresh water trough," says Jenny.  "Well, what else am I supposed to do?  Wait for warm weather when the wading pools come out again?  I don't think so," explains Bernie.

"I'm not kiddin' Cooper ... it's my turn to play with the rope," says Rommel.

"Luv ya," says Cere.  "Ditto," agrees Bernie.

"Wow - I can't believe Jenny's gonna try to get the ball right out of Smokey's mouth.  She's brave!" says an amazed Cody.

Dogs sure LOVE to run and play around here!

Hmmm - are Cobi and Cere thinking about kissing?

My - doesn't it look like the regal Queen Cody is looking down on all of her "subjects"?

"Well - hi Deb ... ya know what?  This place is pretty cool!" says newcomer Boo.

"What do ya mean I gotta give the ball to Lucy?" asks K.C.

Whoa ... looks like a real pile up, doesn't it?  Where are everyone's brakes?

"You already have the ball ... why do you want the rope too?" Cobi asks Bernie.

"Well - there goes another snowflake from my nose!" says Jenny.

"Cobi ... give me back that ball!" demands Lucy.  Meanwhile Bernie brings up the rear thinking, "Who cares about the ball?  I just love chasing little Lucy!"

So who's going to get it first?  Cere, K.C. or Bernie?  Pudgy (back) sure doesn't seem interested.

Cobi wants to check out Max, but he's not quite confident about doing so unless he's under Rubin's protection ... literally!

"Don't even THINK about grabbing this ball ... it ain't gonna happen," Lucy warns Bernie.

"Uhhh, I don't understand the question ... what's milk?" K.C. ask Deb while Ty patiently waits for Deb to kick the ball.

Cooper appears to have a little more energy than Cody.  Wake up, girl ... or you'll never get the ball first!

"Hellooooo - we're ready to go in now Deb - can't you take a hint?" says Howard (back).

"I'd like to play now, please," says Oscar of Bernie.  "Let me think about it," replies Bernie.

"I'm ready for anything that comes my way ... bring it on," says a happy Howard.

"It's kinda hard to get the rope from you this way," complains Rubin.  "Well ... that's the idea," Pepper explains.

Bernie & Cere play with a big ball while Cody and Cobi play with a rope.  They make two cute couples, don't they?

K.C. & Catcher taking a break to get some fresh water out of the trough.

Zane - one gorgeous pup, don't you think?
