You may want to check out the Bulletin Board that's on an easel in our lobby near our day care dog sign-in/out sheet.  There is a description and pictures of Charlie - a dog that is up for adoption.  One of our customers is his foster mom, and we're so happy she chose Dog Gone Place for his day time play while she's at work.  He's a fantastic little guy that loves to romp and run.  He gets along with all of our dogs (both day care and boarders) and we're absolutely crazy about him.  A couple of pictures will be posted of him here as soon as possible.

 


GIFT CERTIFICATES ... What a GREAT Invention!

All of us have friends, neighbors and / or relatives with dogs, right?  Have any of them done something extraordinarily nice for you lately? Are you tired of thanking them by sending flowers and / or a box of candy?

Also, GIFT BAGS for (but not limited to) our current customers are available for purchase to give to your friends that own a dog.  These can be given for any number of reasons such as birthdays, anniversaries, as a thank you or ... Just Because!  For a mere $10, the bag contains toys and treats for your friend's dog and, for your friend, a coupon for a free day of day care OR free night of boarding at Dog Gone Place.  Giving these bags to your friends also ties into our aforementioned Customer Referral Program.  How?  Well - if your friend redeems the coupon, you are entitled to a free day of day care (valued from $12 to $21).  It's just another way to thank you for sending dogs our way.  After all ... the more you do for US - the more we can do for YOU!

Besides Jo Ann Humphrey (Proprietor) and Deb Giehl (Manager), we have several other people here that help with caring for our dogs:

We are happy to welcome Amber Conover, to our staff.  Amber is newly married (to one of our customers!)  She's worked at a vet clinic as well as in a mall  store.  Amber's great with our dogs and very quickly got to know them personally by playing with (a lot) and cleaning up after them!

 

 

 

We are thrilled to have Carol Brewer back with us.  She had to leave us for a time and we all missed her terribly.  Carol is a new grandma and happy with this new status.  Many of our dogs remembered her and are also tickled to be able to play with her again!

 

 

 

Mary Lynn Points has been helping us on a part-time basis (on the weekends) for quite some time and we thought it high time we tell you about her!  Mary Lynn loves being around dogs and has had the opportunity to grow up with several.  She has a terrier mix, Willie, that (she says) is spoiled rotten.  But, hey - we don't have a problem with anyone that wants to spoil wonderful dogs!

 

 

 

 

So, you can see that we're ready and able to closely monitor all of our dogs throughout the day as well as give each one some personal love and attention (and doggie treats) throughout the day.

If a person comes in to sign up for day care and / or would like to board their dog and they mention your name, you will be rewarded with complimentary doggie day care or boarding yourself!  The value of your reward will coincide with the amount of new business we get from them ... because of you!!
